Emanuel/Kathleen Demelo and Dave McPherson incorporated L82, marking the official beginning of our company.

L82 purchased its first machine, a 225 CAT excavator. This investment laid the foundation for our construction capabilities.

Leadership change with Arthur and Fernando Demelo joining the ownership group.

First office space on wonderland road including the introduction of full-time office staff.

New office located on Hamley Road to assist L82 with its growth.

Construction of the Hyde Park watermain which was a large stepping stone in project sizes and complexity .

Second generation started full time with Jeremi and Justin joining the team.

L82 celebrated its 25th anniversary.

L82 undertook one of its largest projects, the design-build of a 1200mm watermain twinning from Lake Huron to London.

L82 expanded its service offerings by venturing into landscaping, with the establishment and partnership of Outer Construction and the acquisition of JK Landscaping.

L82 further expended its Southwestern Ontario operations through the acquisition of BEECH Infrastructure Group Ltd.

The third generation of the Demelo family has joined the team .
