Hyde Park Road Widening Phase 2 was awarded to L82 Construction and consisted of widening Hyde Park Road from South Carriage Road to Fanshawe Park Road.
Hyde Park Road is an arterial road within the City of London, and was the second of two phases on Hyde Park Road with a combined value of approximately 40 million dollars. Major items included roadwork, paving, concrete curb and sidewalk, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, watermain, electrical streetlight improvements, and landscape features.
This project had an aggressive schedule due to the community impact for businesses and residents. The L82 team incorporated a project management software to track the project schedule to ensure the completion of the project on time.
