In late 2022, L82 was awarded the site grading contract and in 2023, was awarded the site servicing for the Liberty Crossing Subdivision. L82 Construction has a longstanding relationship with Sifton Properties Limited, a prominent land developer in Ontario, dating back to the mid 1990’s.
Liberty Crossing Subdivision was a 125 single / multifamily lot development. The project included erosion control, site clearing/grubbing, site grading, 2300 m of sanitary/storm sewers, 1500 m of watermain, Installation of LID’s including (bioswales, storm brix, ADS units), roadworks, curbs, paving, landscaping, multi-use pathways, widening of Hamlyn Road and the preservation of a culturally sensitive indigenous burial site.
This project presented significant challenges, yet the dedication and hard work of the L82 team were instrumental in its successful completion.
