Hyde Park Road Widening Phase 2

The Hyde Park Road Widening Phase 2 was awarded to L82 Construction, it consisted of the construction of a road widening on Hyde Park Road from South Carriage Road to Fanshawe Park Road.

Hyde Park Road is an arterial road within the City of London. This is the second of two phases on Hyde Park Road with a combined value of approximately 40 million dollars. Major items included roadwork, paving, concrete curb and sidewalk, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, watermain, electrical streetlight improvements and landscape features. Once complete residents are urged to drive by and see the vision of The City of London with input from the businesses and residents.

This project had an aggressive schedule do to the community impact for businesses and residents. The L82 team incorporated a project management computer program to track the schedule to insure the completion of the project on time.
